This is a 7-day home workout program that focuses on muscle growth using only bodyweight exercises. The program includes a combination of push-ups, pull-ups or inverted rows, squats, planks, dips, lunges and side planks. Each day the program has 3 sets of 12 reps for each exercise and 30-second holds for planks and side planks. The program is designed to be done on consecutive days, with a rest day on the 7th day. This program is designed to be progressive, where each day is building on the previous day and also it's recommended to keep track of your progress and try to increase the weight of your own body. it includes a motivational quote for each day to keep you motivated throughout the week.
